DavidsonWorks, a Workforce Development Board (WDB), is a partnership of public and private resources that provides workforce development solutions for individuals and businesses. Our vision is to stimulate economic growth by providing a skilled workforce that exceeds business needs for today and tomorrow. We help businesses locate, screen, select and train workers. We assist job seekers access the resources they need to find employment.

We provide valuable tools, services and support – at little to no cost – to employers and job seekers.

DavidsonWorks consults with current or relocating businesses and economic developers to deliver customized workforce development solutions. We can help businesses and individuals navigate a frequently complex network of education, government and private-sector resources to build a workforce that meets current and future needs, and boosts competitiveness and profitability.

TriadWorks

A Regional Partnership TriadWorks is a consortium of five Workforce Development Boards in the North Carolina Triad who are committed to identifying and implementing regional solutions to support a globally competitive, highly skilled, forward-looking workforce. TriadWorks serves 14 counties in the west-central part of the state: Alamance, Caswell, Davie, Davidson, Forsyth, Guilford, Montgomery, Moore, Orange, Randolph, Rockingham, Stokes, Surry and Yadkin.

2022 Adult/Dislocated Worker / One-Stop Services RFP for        DavidsonWorks

The DavidsonWorks Workforce Development Board is soliciting a Request for Proposals (RFP) for its Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Adult and Dislocated Worker Programs and One-Stop Operations for Davidson County.  A bidder’s conference with mandatory attendance will be held at 10:00AM on Tuesday, April, April 7, 2022.  Currently, the bidder’s conference is set to be an in-person event, but could change to a phone conference before the event.  Potential bidders are asked to reply to this notice of their interest in attendance.  Bidders must submit bids no later than 2:00PM, April 29, 2022 proposing services for allocations during the 2022-2023 year.  Notice of contractor selection will be announced on or before June 1, 2022.
